Deposit Account
Deposits are the continuous monthly savings by the members of the Sacco
Minimum Monthly contributions Kshs. 1,500
Earning interest annually
It’s the loans multiplier & allows members to access deposits as loans security
This can be contributed through check off, standing order, bank transfer or direct bank deposit and Mobile Money transfer.
Can only be accessed upon membership withdrawal
Christmas Savings
This is a saving plan for holidays to help members accumulate funds for their Christmas holidays.
Minimum monthly savings of Kshs. 500/-
Contributions can be made daily, weekly or monthly.
Withdrawable / Payable the first week of the last month of the year (December Holidays)
Premature withdrawals during the year, Forfeiting the interest earned
Junior Savings
Minimum monthly contribution 500
5% interest P.A. on savings.
Accounts can be used as collateral for school fees loan to the Junior.
The guardian must be an active Member of the Sacco.
The account attracts no monthly charges or account maintenance fees.
Account converts to full membership after the saver attains 18 years of age and a Kshs. 1,000 Conversion Fee.
Full or partial withdrawal is allowed after 12 months from the fixing date, where the savings have not been used as collateral.
